As you well might be aware, Keno game is very similar to lottery. Let us take a look at its history. First a few facts! Keno is said to have originated in China almost more than 2,100 years ago.
The Chinese military leader Cheung Leung first introduced it. The fellow used this game as a means of finance for boosting the morale of his army. Later, during 1800’s, the Chinese immigrants who settled in the United States brought this lottery with them. The game, of course, spread in the meantime throughout China. The revenues generated from it helped in building of the Great Wall. The marvelous piece of heritage produced by these keno resources is a subject of many Chinese myths. The game of Keno, in those times, was played with 120 numbers. However, today keno is mostly played with 80 numbers in most of American land based and online casinos. The original Keno ticket, you might be knowing, used 120 characters. Players then made ten selections, marked with an ink brush. This led to today's term, "Keno Spots." Pigeon was then the quickest and most dependable manner of delivering results throughout China's villages. This was in the 19th century. Then, the Chinese took their Keno game to North America. The Chinese had come over to build the railroads. The game soon became known as the "Chinese Lottery" for its use of Chinese Symbols.
