| 2. Its easier to draw an outside straight – 6-7-8-9 than an inside one – 6-7-*-9-10. |
| 3. Never keep a high card as a kicker with any pair. By holding onto the kicker you will reduce your return by 5% |
| 4. Take your time before deciding which cards to hold. |
| 5. Cash out your winnings frequently. |
| 6. Don't break a straight in the hope if getting a straight flush. |
| 7. Don't draw five cards if you've got a Jack or better. |
| 8. Don't break a flush even if you have a chance of getting a royal flush. |
| 9. Keeping the Jack over an Ace gives you more chances of winning. |
| 10. Always bet what you can afford to lose. |
